| i don't have an issue with photoshop because i understand that the pictures in the magazine are make believe of what reality is. however, with "99.9%" of pictures being that warped reality many people DON'T fully understand that it's not real and girls develop eating disorders at younger ages and men have a false sense of what real beauty is. |

| I Think re-touching is fine to a certain level as long as you clearly state by the picture that it has been fixed up. For example. If you have a picture in a magazine that shows a woman in bikini a commercial for GYM. It is fine to remove spots etc. Write by the comemrcial that the picture is photoshopped! |

| I think it should be banned. I mean wasn't Marilyn Monroe one of the most famous and sexiest women in history? She was chubby and still sexy beyond belief and a star. I think that as an american teenager i have more pressure put on me to look good than to achieve well in school or any other area of my life. I find it rather disgusting and depressing that women and girls would rather look tiny, fragile, and paper thin than to have a larger body that could reproduce well and keep the body healthy. |

| I don't think that retouching should be banned, however it would be nice if they had to add a disclaimer stating that a given photo had been digitally modified. |
